Eliminate buddy punching and automate employee time and attendance processing with the SAASBIO Biometric Time Clock. This time clock scans employee fingerprints and uses biometrics to instantly identify employees and record punches. The keypad enables optional supervisor-approved PIN number entry for added security.
TimeTrax™ SAASBIO Biometric Time Clock pairs with Time Trax SaaS Cloud Hosted software (sold separately). The system manages weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly pay periods. The system automatically calculates employee hours, overtime, and holiday hours. Punches from the SAASBIO Biometric Time Clock download to Time Trax SaaS Cloud Hosted software allowing access to payroll from anywhere with internet access. You can edit employee time cards and run various reports.
For seamless integration with your payroll process, TimeTrax™ SAASBIO Biometric Time Clock creates export files for most major payroll providers. It also directly syncs with QuickBooks® desktop. The system is simple to set up and easy to expand with tiered employee packages and/or additional SAASBIO Elite Biometric Time Clock.
