Warranty and Return Information

Limited Hardware Warranty

Pyramid Time Systems (“Pyramid”) warrants all Pyramid-branded hardware products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end user.

To qualify for warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and/or product registration.

Warranty Coverage

  • Pyramid’s obligation under this warranty is limited exclusively to the replacement of defective components, parts, or units, as determined by Pyramid in its sole discretion.
  • Warranty service applies only to products purchased through authorized channels.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume full risk of loss or damage during transit.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Pyramid.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
  • Improper installation, operation, or packaging during return shipment.
  • Any repair or alteration performed without written authorization from Pyramid.

Additional Terms

  • Pyramid reserves the right to determine whether any defect is due to faulty materials, workmanship, or external causes.
  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Customers outside the United States must contact their authorized Pyramid dealer for service and support.

Software Technical Support

Pyramid warrants its software products and provides complimentary technical support for 90 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for support services.

Included Support

  • Assistance via phone, email, or live chat for installation and usage issues.
  • Access to available patches or maintenance updates during the warranty period.

Extended Support Contracts

Extended Software Technical Support Contracts may be purchased to provide:

  • 12 months of unlimited technical support through all available channels.
  • No-cost access to software updates and maintenance releases made during the contract term.

Returns

Pyramid offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most products purchased directly from Pyramid Time Systems.

Eligibility

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price less shipping once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Products returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Pyramid does not issue call tags or provide return pickup services.
  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Items returned without an RMA will not be credited.

Exclusions

  • Opened TimeTrax software is non-returnable.
  • Returns for products purchased from Pyramid Partners or resellers must be processed directly with those partners and follow their respective return policies.

General Terms

This warranty and return policy provide specific legal rights to the purchaser. Additional rights may vary depending on state or country laws.
